Amazon has reduced the price of the unlocked Motorola Moto X Pure Edition by $100 but only for a limited time.
Motorola launched the Moto X Pure Edition, also known as the Moto X Style, in July 2015 and made its way to the shelves in September this year. The handset includes top-notch specs that can attract many smartphone buyers looking for a high-end mobile phone over Christmas.
The smartphone is offered with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB internal memory. Customers can expand the memory for up to 128GB with a microSD card.
The unlocked 16GB version of the Moto X Pure Edition is available on Amazon for $399. However, customers can take advantage of 22 percent discount on the 32GB model as Amazon is offering it for $349.99 instead of $449.99. Amazon also offers the 64GB unlocked Moto X Pure Edition without any discount for $499.99.
According to the Amazon listing, the Moto X Pure Edition on offer has U.S. warranty and supports all major North American carriers.
The Moto X Pure Edition touts a 5.7-inch Quad HD LCD screen with a display resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels. A powerful Snapdragon 808 processor clocked at 1.8GHz and 3GB of RAM powers the Motorola handset.
The Moto X Pure Edition sports 21MP rear-camera and 5MP front-facing cameras. A 3,000 mAh battery fuels the device. The device features TurboPower charging with which owners can get 10 hours of use with only 15 minutes of charging.
The Motorola device comes running on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop but the unlocked version of the handset has received Android 6.0 Marshmallow software update, which means customers of the Moto X Pure Edition can enjoy latest features of the new Android operating system.
